Today the kids I have been out burning.
Even thought there is a serious side to what we’re doing – reducing the amount of fuel in case of fires during summer – there’s always fun to be had!
The kids were in charge of their own fires (I kept a close eye on them, of course!) and as we were just about finished, the marshmellows came out!
Sticky fingers, smelling like bush smoke and a less of a fire threat … a good days work!
